Mike Tinajero has been managing projects in the construction industry for over four decades. Adept at maintaining strict quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance, Mike takes pride in orchestrating each project with meticulous attention to detail. He has extensive government experience in areas such as Fort Sam Houston, Randolph-Brooks Air Force Base, and Kelly Air Force Base. During his time at Kelly, Mike had three $500k projects which had zero punch lists upon completion and was given an Award of Excellence for this tremendous accomplishment.
Steve Gish has been in the construction industry for over four decades with over 20 years as a superintendent. He specialize in retail centers, notably building Big Lots, WSS Shoe Stores, Wendy's Restaurants, Five Below and Melrose. With his experience Steve has amassed a keen eye for quality work. In managing projects he believes that doing it right the first time is the pillar for building great structures as well as relationships.
David Hernandez has over 22 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the South Texas area. Zac Reininger has been with Sterling Commercial, LLC as a superintendent since its inception in 2021. Prior to this, he spent over 10 years as a professional pitcher in AAA and MLB. Through his sports career, he learned the importance of quality, teamwork and building relationships. Bringing his strong sense of determination and quality control to the table, Zac has successfully transferred his experience from the ball field to the job site. He has managed complex projects such as retail centers and commercial remodels from start to finish.
